Andrew and Anne have a wealth of experience in the hospitality world.
Andrew is a member of the British Institute of Innkeeping and is always behind the bar. He has a lifetime of experience in the food and restaurant industry, including several years heading the House of Commons' restaurants in Westminster as Food and Beverage Manager. Andrew returned to his family home of Chiselborough and followed his dream of running his village pub.
Anne heads the kitchen and as a local lass she knows where to get those special local ingredients that ensure the Cat Head menus are always interesting, seasonal and locally sourced. Anne was Head Chef of a local well regarded restaurant for twelve years and following that was operations manager for the catering team at Westlands.
